Morning Wellness Shot

Good Morning Sunshines!

This is a recipe that has been long requested, and the day has finally arrived! Wellness shots! This little vitality elixir is the perfect way to wake up your digestive system! It's super easy to make, and it yields about 12 servings when poured into mini juicing bottles!

Keep your shots in the refrigerator, and enjoy as a part of your morning routine!

Ingredients:

  • 3 organic whole oranges

  • 2 organic whole lemons

  • 2 tablespoons organic ginger root

  • 2 pieces organic turmeric (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tablespoons manuka honey

  • 4 drops of black pepper essential oil

  • 2 cups water

Method:

Peel your Ingredients and combine into a juicer. Once finished juicing, add water and juice to a blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds on low. If you have mini bottles, pour your juice in and place your bottles in the refrigerator. You can click here to purchase the bottles I use!
